BOSTON -- May 30, 2008 -- According to a study led by investigators at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, Massachusetts, premenopausal breast cancer survivors treated with chemotherapy following surgery were more likely to have diminished ovarian reserve compared with women who have never had breast cancer.
