"Aggressive Treatment of Childhood Eczema Could Help Prevent Asthma" NEW YORK -- July 7, 2008 -- More aggressive treatment of childhood eczema may be an important step in preventing asthma, according to a new study published online in the [Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. The study gathered data from the 1968, 1974, and 2004 surveys of the Tasmanian Longitudinal Health which included more than 8,500 people, aged 7 to 44 years. |
