        news Anejaculation as an Atypical Presentation of Prostate Cancer: A Case Report

        Summary points:A 66-year-old with history of hypertension and ischaemic heart disease presents with no difficulty in obtaining erections or orgasm and no history of lower urinary tract symptoms. This case report describes the diagnostic investigations and the recommended treatment. The authors review the possible causes of anejaculation, methods for diagnosing prostate cancer, and treatment.
