The authors report a case of a giant aneurysm with multiple stenotic segments of the coronary arteries in a 31-year-old woman with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Resection of the aneurysm, coronary artery bypass, and histology of the coronary arterial wall are described. The authors emphasise the need for screening of coronary lesions in the management of SLE.
