        Summary points:A 25-year-old female, with a history of kidney transplant for lupus nephritis, presents for evaluation and management of a cardiac mass found on a transthoracic echocardiogram. Transesophageal echocardiography and drug therapy are described; images provided. The authors discuss the nonsurgical management of a pedunculated tricuspid valvular mass suggesting a cardiac papillary fibroelastoma.
