Summary points:A 66-year-old South Indian postmenopausal woman presents with gradually increasing abdominal swelling first noticed 2 years earlier, accompanied by vague abdominal pain for 6 months and increase in size for 4 months. Due to the huge mass she was unable to walk and had anorexia.
