| Summary points: | A 74-year-old Japanese man with sero-positive rheumatoid arthritis was referred for evaluation of bicytopenia. He had at least a 20-month history of bicytopenia without any significant symptoms. Physical examination, computed tomography, laboratory data, bone marrow aspiration, flow cytometric analysis, and southern blot analysis are described. The authors discuss a rare case CD20-positive T-cell large granular lymphocyte leukaemia (T-LGLL) and review the literature. |
