| Summary points: | A 20-year-old with history of nose polyps, asthma, and weekly recreational ketamine use presents with a urinary frequency, nocturia, urgency, suprapubic discomfort during micturition, and episodes of severe haematuria, which did not respond to antibiotic therapy. This case report describes the findings from ultrasound, cystoscopy, and biopsy. The authors discuss the laboratory and radiological features of ketamine-associated cystitis. |
