        Summary points:The authors report 3 cases of patients suffering from unexplained ocular disease as first manifestation of antiphospholipid syndrome in a well-defined geographical region of Greece and describe the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and course, imaging findings, management, and the final outcome. They urge prompt anticoagulant treatment and close follow-up for vision salvation and stabilisation.
