      Summary points:A 54-year-old Caucasian, immunocompetent man with hepatitis C virus (HCV) is referred to ophthalmology for bilateral visual loss, severe vitritis, cells in the anterior chamber, and a significant cataract in both eyes. Computed tomography, ultrasonographic examination, treatment, and follow-up are described; images provided. The authors discuss primary central nervous system lymphoma presenting as bilateral uveitis.
