        Summary points:A 55-year-old with multiple sclerosis presents with profuse bypassing 1 week after undergoing insertion of a size 22 French catheter for his neuropathic bladder to prevent blockages and consequent bypassing of urine. This case report describes the patient's history, findings from physical examination and cystogram, and treatment outcome. The authors discuss the spectrum of inflammatory changes seen in the mucosa of neuropathic bladder in patients with spinal cord injury.
