An Infant with Asymptomatic Hepatic Granuloma Probably Caused by Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) Vaccination Found Incidentally at Autopsy: A Case Report
A 5-month-old male infant is brought in for autopsy after being found dead in his bed. This case report describes the pathological findings and includes several images. The authors review the literature on cases of Bacillus Calmette-Guérin vaccination causing disseminated infection.
