| Summary points: | A 39-year-old hypertensive with a past history of smoking presents with sudden onset of unsteady gait, right-sided hemihypoesthesia, and failure of speech. This case report describes the clinical presentation, laboratory test results, as well as findings from various radiological tests, treatment, and outcome, and includes some images. The authors discuss the advantages of combining these two imaging techniques in patients with Takayasu's arteritis and stroke. |
