        Summary points:An obese 28-year-old with secondary medically resistant partial complex epilepsy due to a brain trauma presents for evaluation of seizures. This case report describes the findings from video-EEG-polysomnography and includes images of the EEG strips. The authors discuss the importance of evaluating refractory epileptic patients and/or epileptic patients with snoring.
