| Summary points: | A 51-year-old woman and a 65-year-old man, both German, present with abdominal cystic lesions suspected to be pancreatic pseudocysts. Computed tomography, sonography, histology, immunohistochemical analysis, and relaparotomy are discussed; images provided. The authors suggest that differential diagnosis of pancreatic cystic lesions must include gastrointestinal stromal tumours with pseudocystic change. |
