        Summary points:A 40-year-old presents with migraine-type headache and nasal obstruction. This case report describes the findings from nasal endoscopy, coronal computed tomography scan, and various laboratory studies, and treatment outcome, and includes various images. The authors review the possible mechanisms involved in the genesis of referred headaches in the nasal area, the role of the superior turbinate as a source of referred headache, and the role of nasal osteomas as a rare cause of headaches of nasal origin.
