| Summary points: | A pseudophakic 79-year-old with chronic open angle glaucoma presents with two large choroidal detachments that become suprachoroidal haemorrhages about 36 hours after undergoing bleb needling with 5-fluorouracil for treatment of right visual field deterioration. This case report describes the history, approach to management, and outcome, and includes some images. The authors review the literature on suprachoroidal haemorrhage, the clinical presentation, and treatment. |
