        Summary points:A 62-year-old presents with feelings of being spied upon by an implanted clip in her breast and requests to have the clip removed from her breast when she presents for mammographic follow-up 6 months after undergoing vacuum-assisted breast biopsy, including clip placement. This case report details the patient's history, clinical presentation, psychiatric work-up, and outcome. The authors discuss the psychological impact of clip placement and aggravating factors.
