        Summary points:This case report describes two cases of children receiving treatment with hydrocortisone for atopic dermatology (AD) presenting with blurred vision. The authors review the literature on cataracts in children with AD and on the association between systemic corticosteroids and posterior sub-capsular cataracts, and the possible mechanism of corticosteroid-induced cataract.
