        Summary points:A 19-year-old Greek man is referred for endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) with suspicion of sclerosing cholangitis. Medical history, ERCP, and cholangiogram are described. The authors discuss a very rare case of a double papilla of Vater with separate drainage for the bile and pancreatic duct.
