        Summary points:The authors present 2 cases, a 33-year-old African American female with end-stage renal disease and a 28-year-old African American female with end-stage renal disease, whose pregnancies were successfully managed. The authors suggest a multi-disciplinary team approach, including obstetrician, haemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis unit staff, renal dietician, and nephrologists for successful management of pregnant patients on haemodialysis.
