Facet Cyst Haematoma in the Lumbar Spine: A Report of Four Cases

Summary points:	This report is based on the cases of 4 men, all of whom present with a 1- to 3-month history of back pain or leg numbness, and sudden neurological deterioration. Findings from magnetic resonance imaging, facet joint arthrography, computed tomography, and histological examination are described; images provided. The authors discuss the diagnoses and designations for facet cyst haematoma.
