| Summary points: | A 52-year-old woman with diabetes was evaluated for recurrent pyelonephritis and urinary incontinence. Bacteriological examination, computed tomography-urography, magnetic resonance imaging, biological parameters, and urodynamic exploration revealing a neuropathic vesical dysfunction are described, as are surgery and examination of the resected tissue; images provided. The authors discuss the first reported case of calcified tuberculoma of the filum terminale. |
