| Summary points: | A 41-year-old female presents with a swelling in the right preauricular region, which had persisted for the past 2 years, and complains of difficulty opening her mouth for the past 4 months. The swelling was insidious in onset and progressive. Examination of the oral cavity, ear, cranial nerves, and other systems are described, as well as findings from MRI, haematological and biochemistry analyses, and fine needle aspiration cytology; images provided. The authors discuss the second reported case of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the infratemporal fossa. |
