        Summary points:A 37-year-old female, who had undergone wide resection of the left distal femur due to osteosarcoma and reconstruction using a tumour prosthesis 11 years earlier, now presents with left thigh pain while walking. X-ray examination, revision surgery, postoperative therapy, and 1-year follow-up are described. The authors describe their experience with novel interconnected porous hydroxyapatite ceramics for the revision of tumour prosthesis.
