        news A Postmenopausal Woman Presenting with Atypical Symptoms and Cervical Cancer : A Case Report

        Summary points:A 66-year-old develops vomiting, abdominal pain, and brown vaginal discharge a few days after starting IV antibiotics for symptoms of cough and productive green sputum, weight loss, poor appetite, and night sweats of 3 months' duration. This case report describes the patient's history and radiological, surgical, and pathological findings, and includes an image. The authors stress that physicians must routinely enquire about previous cervical smear tests and emphasise the need for regular cervical smear tests, especially in postmenopausal women.
