      Summary points:A 25-year-old presents with progressive weakness of dorsiflexion in her left foot associated with pain around the medial aspect of the foot and sole. This case report describes the physical exam, electrophysiological and magnetic resonance assessments, and treatment outcome, and includes an image. The authors discuss the pathophysiology, clinical course, and treatment options for the deleterious effects of radiation to peripheral nerves.
