Myoepithelioma Within the Carpal Tunnel: A Case Report and Review of the Literature

Summary points:	A 36-year-old Caucasian male presents with a mass in the right wrist and paraesthesia in the distribution of the median nerve. Physical examination, magnetic resonance imaging, thallium-201 scintigraphy, computed tomography, biopsy, and histopathology are described; images provided. The authors discuss the challenge of diagnosing myoepithelioma, and differentiating it from other benign and malignant tumours.
