| Summary points: | In this report, the authors present 2 patients with long histories of psoriasis vulgarus who exhibited marked improvement with use of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO2). The first patient, aged 40 years, had pustular psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis and was treated with 6 sessions of HBO2.
