ERRATUM: Venlafaxine XR and Paroxetine Improve Physiological Symptoms of Panic Disorder and Social Anxiety Disorder: Presented at APA: Venlafa
There was an error in a recent article from our coverage of the 156th Annual Meeting of the American Psychiatric Association. The drugs venlafaxine XR and paroxetine were tested individually, not in combination.
The original title read:
APA: Venlafaxine XR and Paroxetine Combination Improves Physiological Symptoms of Panic Disorder and Social Anxiety Disorder
The corrected title deletes "Combination".
The originally published article read:
"Venlafaxine XR and paroxetine in combination elicited significant improvements in the physical symptoms associated with panic disorder (PD) and social anxiety disorder (SAD), researchers reported May 22nd here at the 156th Annual Meeting of the American Psychiatric Association."
The article now reads (deletions in strikethrough, corrections in bold):
"Venlafaxine XR and paroxetine in combination elicited significant improvements in the self-reported physical symptoms associated with panic disorder (PD) and social anxiety disorder (SAD), researchers reported May 22nd here at the 156th Annual Meeting of the American Psychiatric Association."
