ERRATUM: One Weekly Epoetin Beta Dose As Effective and Well Tolerated as Three Per Week: Presented at EHA: One Wee

There was an error in a recent article from our coverage of the 8th Congress of the European Hematology Association.

        The original paragraph read:
A once-daily formulation of epoetin beta (NeoRecormon) is as effective in treating anaemia associated with haematological malignancies as is the standard 3 times daily regimen, according to a presentation made here June 13th at the 8th Congress of the European Hematology Association.

The corrected paragraph changes the word "daily" to "weekly", and reads:
A once-weekly formulation of epoetin beta (NeoRecormon) is as effective in treating anaemia associated with haematological malignancies as is the standard 3 times daily regimen, according to a presentation made here June 13th at the 8th Congress of the European Hematology Association.

We apologise to the manufacturer for having published inaccurate information on their product.

We are committed to providing the most accurate, relevant and balanced information for physicians worldwide and have devoted considerable resources to ensuring this. We deeply regret this error.
