        Summary points:This audiovisual presentation discusses the rationale and preclinical evidence underlying the development of the two major classes of epigenetics-based antineoplastics, patient populations that appear to be most likely to benefit from the use of epigentics-based agents, emrging clinical data on the potential use of these agents for solid tumours in general and lung tumours in particular, and evidence regarding the use of these agents for cutaneous T-cell lymphomas.
