Summary points:	In this text-based self study, participants will learn how to manage, prevent, and treat scars. Participants will learn the epidemiology and pathophysiology of abnormal scarring, become familiar with available treatment options for scars, and understand the clinical evidence supporting scar treatments and their role in currently supported clinical guidelines.
