Summary points:	In this text-based CME activity with case examples, the potential impact of a multidisciplinary approach to nutrition therapy management and lifestyle counseling for adults with cystic fibrosis (CF)-related pancreatic exocrine insufficiency (PEI) are described, as well as optimal dosing of pancreatic enzyme replacement, and the prevention and management of PEI and related complications in adults with CF.
